97株不动杆菌抗生素敏感性检测

摘要 目的了解医院感染常见菌之一不动杆菌的耐药现状,指导临床合理用药。方法采用 K-B 纸片扩散法对97株不动杆菌临床分离株进行药敏试验。结果不动杆菌对多种抗生素耐药,以氨苄西林耐药率最高,为80.4%,对氨曲南、美洛西林的耐药性较高,对亚胺培南的敏感率最高。结论治疗不动杆菌引起的感染首选药物为亚胺培南。 Objective To explore the drug resistance status of Aeinetobacter species(a common pathogenic bacteria),therefore to contribute to a reasonable drug therapy.Methods The antimicrobiat susceptibility of the extract to 97 strains of clinical Acinetobacter pathogen strains was tested by the K- B paper-dish method.Results Acinetobacter species was resistant to numerous antibiotics.The drug resistance rate of Ampicillin was the highest(80.4%).The resistance rate of azthreonam and mezlocil- lin was higher.The sensitivity to imipenem was the highest.Conclusion Imipenem is first-choice drug against Acinetobacter species infection.
