摘要
在基层排球比赛中 ,大学生发球失误率高是造成比赛成绩落后的一个重要因素。运用念动和暗示训练法能加深学生对正面上手发球动作的理解 ,提高学生学习新动作的效率 ,且动作记忆保持时间长 ,发球失误率明显降低。
In volleyball matches at the grass level,college students' service faults account for their falling behind. Cognitive and suggestive training can deepen the students' understanding of face pass and promote the efficiency of new movement. The students can remember the movement for a long time and have less service faults.
