摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌组织中E-Cadherin的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织E-Cadherin的表达,并分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中E-Cadherin阳性表达率为71.67%。E-Cadherin的表达与结直肠癌Dukes分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移、肝转移均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论E-Cadherin表达与结直肠癌浸润转移密切相关。检测E-Cadherin表达可作为判断结直肠癌预后的客观指标。
