摘要
高校的心理咨询是新时期大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,是高校思想政治教育的“第二条战线”。但心理咨询教师时有侵犯大学生隐私权,严重影响了心理咨询目标的实现和心理咨询工作的正常、有效开展。有效预防心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权行为的发生和对侵权损害进行有效的法律救济,对于充分发挥心理咨询在大学生思想政治教育中的特殊作用,增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,具有特别重要的意义。本文主要就心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权的主要表现和对大学生思想政治教育的影响作了探讨,并提出有效预防心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权行为的发生和对侵权损害进行有效的法律救济的对策。
Psychological consultation is an effective method of college student's political and ideological education in the new age. It is also the Second Front of political and ideological education in colleges. However, teachers in charge of psychological consultation have violated the privacy of college students, which severely influence the achievement of its aims and its normal and effective development. It is very important and significant to prevent such a violation from taking place and to provide effective legal relieves to those who are harmed by this violation, for these measures can be taken to bring psychological consultation into its full play in college students' political and ideological education, and to make clear aims and enhance its actual effects. The text mainly discusses the manifestations of such a violation and its impacts upon political and ideological education, and proposes effective countermeasures to solve this problem.
