准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫治白内障人工晶体植入术后残存屈光不正的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对白内障人工晶体植入术后屈光不正的矫治效果。方法对各种原因引起的白内障人工晶体植入术后随访病情稳定时间超过2年的屈光不正患者58例(66只眼)行LASIK,术后随访时间12个月以上。观察视力、屈光状态、角膜地形图情况。结果56只眼(84.8%)LASIK术后视力均达到或超过术前的最佳矫正视力,10只眼(15.2%)LASIK术后最佳矫正视力下降1~2行。结论LASIK是矫治白内障摘除人工晶体植入术后屈光不正的安全、有效的方法。严格掌握手术适应证和手术时机是手术成功的关键。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser in situ keralomileusis(LASIK)for the treatment of ametropia after cataract extraction and iotraocular lens(IOL)implantation. Methods LASIK was used to treat 66 eyes of ametropia 2 years after cataract extraction and 1OL implantation.The visual acuity,diop- tometry and corneal topography were investigated in a 12-month follow-up study. Results The postoperative visual acuity of the 56 eyes (84.8%)was equal to or above the best corrected visual acuity before LASIK. Conclusions LASIK for ametropia after cataract extraction and IOL implantation is an effective and safe surgery.But the indication must be selected appropriately.
