P53和Fas蛋白在早期食管癌及癌前病变中的表达与PDT疗效的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨凋亡相关基因P53和Fas蛋白在早期食管癌及癌前病变中的表达与光动力学疗法(PDT)疗效的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测30例PDT治疗前后的早期食管癌及51例癌前病变P53和Fas蛋白的表达,分析基因蛋白表达与PDT疗效的关系。结果P53蛋白表达与早期食管癌或癌前病变的PDT疗效关系差异无显著意义(P>0.05),P53蛋白在治疗前后的表达比较无差异,Fas蛋白表达阳性者PDT早期食管癌疗效(CR)高于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论Fas蛋白表达可作为判断PDT早期食管癌疗效的分子生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and Fas in early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesion and their associations with the therapeutic effect of PDT. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine P53 and Fas protein expression in 30 cases of early esophageal cancer and 51 cases of precancerous lesion before and after PDT.The correlation between gene protein expression and the effect of PDT was analyzed. Results The correlation between P53 protein expression and the therapeutic effect of PDT has no statistical significance(P>0.05). The expression of P53 was not altered before and after PDT.The expression of Fas protein was related to the rehabilitative rate treated by PDT(P<0.05). Conclusions Fas protein may be an indicator for the therapeutic effect of PDT in early esophageal cancer.
