摘要
基于块的混合编码是H．261、H．263、H．264、JPEG、MPEG的基本编码方案,然而在量化系数比较大的情况下会产生明显的方块效应。对H．263+中的针对DCT变换的去方块滤波器和H．264中针对整数变换的去方块滤波器进行分析、比较并实现。结果表明,该滤波器对解码图像质量有明显的改善。
Block-based hybrid coding is the primary coding scheme for H. 261,H. 263/H. 263+ , H. 264,JPEG and MPEG. However, it leads to noticeable block effect under coarse quantization coefficients. Two kinds of deblocking effect filter, one is based in H. 263+ which designed for discrete cosine transform, the other is based in H. 264 designed for integer transform, are analysis compared and implemented in this paper. The results show that this option brings substantial improvement on the decoded image quality.
