双歧杆菌在细胞凋亡中的研究进展

摘要 双歧杆菌属是人体肠道固有菌属,其具有维持肠道微生态平衡、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗衰老和诱导细胞凋亡等作用。本文阐述了双歧杆菌诱导细胞凋亡的相关基因P53、CrmA、IAPs、FLIPs、Bcl-2家族及多基因、多环节、多步骤协同调控;双歧杆菌细胞凋亡的信号转导中的膜受体通路和线粒体通路;细胞凋亡的分子及其相互作用;双歧杆菌在抗肿瘤细胞中诱导细胞凋亡的临床应用。通过简述双歧杆菌在细胞凋亡中的研究进展,为双歧杆菌在诱导细胞凋亡的机制研究中提供一定的参考。
