摘要 30多年来铁路遥感选线实践证明,在铁路新、旧线勘测设计的各个阶段,都可不同程度地采用遥感方法搜集桥涵、水文资料。总的来说,利用遥感资料和遥感手段在方案比选和初测阶段的水文勘测中,经济效果最为明显。遥感水文工作的特点是:将较多的野外工作转入室内进行,从而减少了外业实地调查和测绘的工作量;可以在没有线路导线或基平未贯通的情况下进行室内判释、野外重点调查核对及测绘工作。与常规的地面勘测方法相比,使用遥感像片进行水文勘测可以简化作业工序,节省人力,提高工效,降低劳动强度,加快勘测进度,提高勘测质量。在勘测过程中充分利用航片、卫星图像判释和遥感手段是获取桥涵、水文资料的行之有效的好方法。 For 30 years,the practice of railway location for lines shows that at different phrases of surveying and design on new and old railway lines.The material on bridges,culverts and hydrologic conditions could be collected by the method of remote sensing in different levels.Generally speaking,to make use of remote sensing material and remote measures,the economic effect is the most prominent,in option of schemes and hydrologic surveying in preliminary surveying. The characteristics of remote sensing hydrologic work are as the following:moving more exterior work into the interior so as to reduce work load of on-the-spot investigation and cartography;being able to make interior interpretation,exterior emphatic investigation and check,as well as cartography when there is no line traverse or when fundamental foot pass between platforms has not been completed.Compared with regular ground surveying,it simplifies operational procedures,saves manpower,raises efficiency,reduces labor intensity, fastens surveying speed,and improves surveying quality to make hydrologic surveying with remote sensing images.It is an efficient way to make full use of aerial photography,satellite image interpretation and remote sensing measures to obtain materials about bridges,culverts,and hydrology during the process of surveying.
