摘要
产业融合是信息化进程中产业优化和绩效提高最有效的一种途径和经济现象,其对产业经济学理论的发展和产业政策的制定具有巨大的影响,而我国的产业融合基本理论的研究才刚开始不久。产业融合建立在技术进步的基础上,以业务与市场的融合为落脚点,可形成现代新型的产业分工和市场竞争结构,能为产业经济的发展增加动力,并有可能在更大的产业经济范围内拓展。“三网”(电信网、计算机网和有线电视网)融合就极具典型性。
