摘要
本文从资产状况、盈利状况、业务结构和成长性四个方面对我国主题公园上市公司经营状况作了比较分析。各公司之间经营情况存在明显差异,但都存在接待人数和门票收入增长乏力、收入结构单一等问题。最后提出了主题公园上市公司可持续发展的若干对策。
This article analyzes the management situation of the Theme Park listed companies from four aspects: assets,profit,income structure and growth.There existences obvious difference between the operational performance of various companies,but all of them have some common questions,such as faint growth of the reception population and the ticket income,simple of the income structure and so on.Finally the author proposed certain countermeasures on the sustainable development of the Theme Park listed companies.
