摘要
目的:通过对性病实验室室间质量考核,了解全省各级性病实验检测水平。方法:分别发放衣原体(Ct)、支原体、细菌、分泌物STD常规阅片、梅毒血清共8种质量考核样本共5355份,要求做Ct抗原检测,支原体、细菌培养鉴定,STD常规阅片和梅毒血清学试验。结果:135家性病实验室参加2006年室间质量考核,全省综合平均89.3分。各项目平均得分依次是梅毒螺旋体抗体定性试验97.0分、非梅毒螺旋体抗体定性试验96.3分、STD常规阅片95.9分、Ct抗原检测91.0分、梅毒螺旋体抗体定量试验87.8分、非梅毒螺旋体抗体定量试验86.8分、支原体培养鉴定81.9分、细菌培养鉴定80.2分。135家性病实验室,60分以上合格占99.3%,成绩在全省平均水平之上(SI≥0)实验室占71.2%。结论:进行规范化建设的性病实验室检测能力普遍较高,但个别实验室仍然存在试剂质量较低、结果报告欠准确性和规范性等问题,有待进一步改进。
