摘要
本文从目标、模式、内容及途径等方面对中美两国工程伦理教育进行比较,分析其共同特征与各自特色,并借鉴美国经验,从既重显性课程又重隐性课程、强化技术规范训练、产学研结合、丰富工程伦理案例库、加强创新能力培养等方面进行探索,以加强我国理工科大学生的工程伦理教育。
This article compares and analyses common features and respective characters from the goal,modes,contents and ways of Sino-US engineering ethics education.And learning from the American experience to enhance our engineering ethics education from five aspects:emphasizing both manifest curriculum and hidden curriculum,strengthening technical training,integration of production,teaching and research,enriching engineering ethics cases,strengthening innovative capacity-building.
