医疗磁定位器的精度标定与评价 被引量:3

Accuracy calibration and assessment of an electromagnetic tracking device for surgical environment

摘要 在医学图像导航微创外科手术中,系统定位是一个非常关键的问题。为了在医疗微创手术中利用磁定位器定位,对磁定位器的精度进行了测定。首先介绍了国外在磁定位器精度测试方面的研究现状,然后设计了一个磁定位器精度分析的实验平台,并在此平台上进行了磁定位器精度性能评价的实验,通过实验数据的分析处理,得出相关结论。实验结果表明,磁定位器的自身精度高,能够满足医疗手术中应用的要求;同时,医疗环境的合理布置,可以避免磁定位器受到干扰,从而进一步验证了磁定位器在医疗手术中应用的可行性。 In surgical image-guided minimally invasive surgery (MIS),it s a key issue to determinate the location of the system accurately. The major aim of this paper is to evaluate the accuracy of electromagnetic tracking devices (EMTD) for surgical use. It first presents the current worldwide research situation on the accuracy analysis of EMTD, and then designs a framework to analyze the accuracy of EMTD.
