摘要
用实验和数值方法模拟研究了PC类塑料制品。用双折射特性及偏光原理,定性观测透明塑料成形后残留应力的分布,并测量了熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间等工艺参数变化对透光率、雾度等光学性能的影响。研究表明,工艺参数的变化对透光率的影响很小,但对应力和雾度的影响较大。数值模拟分析了应力的大小,并和实验结果进行了比较。
With the development of plastics industry, more and more t ransparent plastics parts are produced by the injection molding, such as guide l ight plate, back light plate, fiber connectors and plastics optical lens and so on. It is usually difficult to make such transparent parts unless shear rate is improved, or temperature increased to reduce material viscosity during molding p rocess. But high shear rate and high temperature may cause residual stresses whi ch influence molding dimension, and might decrease...
