摘要
切割优化模型是连铸过程控制计算机系统的一个重要模型,它在生产过程中根据实际的生产计划形成切割计划,并对产生的废坯进行优化,以满足生产要求,提高产品质量及收得率。切割优化模型必须遵循一定的规则或搜索策略才能达到优化的目的。介绍了一种基于手段 目的分析法的连铸机切割优化模型,对模型的设计、功能模块、优化规则及算法实现做了描述。模型已在攀钢2#板坯连铸机上成功运行,对国内同行具有一定的参考价值。
The cut optimization model is an important model in the rocess control computer system of slab caster.According to the real production plan,the model can make cut plans and optimize the scraps to fulfil the production plans and improve the output of products. The cut optimization model must follow one rule or search strategy to finish the optimization.It discusses a cut optimization model whichs based on meanspurpose analyzing method and discusses the design,the function modules,the optimization rules and the arithmetic realization of the cut optimization model of the No.2 slab caster of Panzhihua Iron&Steel Co. This model has been in successful operation eversince,so it is practically valuable for other plants.
