摘要
通过对技术物资工作的制度化和规范化、年度设备投资计划、现代信息手段、仪器设备的动态管理等几个方面的思考,阐述高校技术物资部门如何发挥职能,提高技术物资的管理和服务水平。
This paper explains how the technical material departments at college should bring their functions into full play to improve the management and service levels of technical materials by systematism and standardization of the work of technical materials, annual investment plan of equipment,means of modern information and dynamic management of instruments and equipment,etc.
