摘要
英语是英国文化的产物 ,因此必然要烙上文化的印记。剖析英语词汇这块英国文化的化石 ,可以领悟英国所特有的“贵族”文化。
As the product of British culture,English inevitably bears its cultural imprint. This paper attempts to show that by studying aristocracy-related words in English,we can have a glimpse of the aristocratic system characteristic of this Island country.
