摘要
将 40日龄健康艾维因肉仔鸡 2 5只随机分成 5组 ,按a =4mg/kg ,r =1 5 ,分别腹腔注射 4 0 ,6 0 ,9 0 ,13 5 ,2 0 2 5mg/kg的盐酸普萘洛尔 ,进行急性毒性试验 .结果 5个试验组肉仔鸡死亡率分别为 0 ,0 2 ,0 4,0 8和 1 0 .经过数据处理 ,LD50 为 9 396 ,标准误为 0 0 5 89,95 %可信限为 9 334～ 9 45 0mg/kg .
AA healthy broiler chickens at forty-day old were selected and randomly divided into five groups.They were injected propranolol Hydrochloride through celiac (following a=4 mg/kg,r=1.5)respectively:4.0,6.0,9.0,13.5,20.25 mg/kg.The experiment results showes that the mortality rate of broiler chickens among five groups is 0,0.2,0.4,0.8 and 1.0 respectively.Through data processing,LD 50 9.396 mg/kg;criterion error 0.0589;creditability(95%) is 9.334～9.450 mg/kg.
