摘要
建设好高校领导班子 ,关键就在于作为党委书记的“班长” ,其素养问题至关重要。围绕这个课题 ,我们需要认真研究新时期高校党委书记工作与党委书记素养要求 ,研究新时期高校党委书记应具备的基本素养 ,研究新时期高校党委书记素养培育和养成的途径。
The key of building a good leadership in colleges lies in the quality of the chairman of the communit party. This essay studies the needed basic quality of a chairman in the new period and researches the approach to cultivate a well-qualitied chairman.
