摘要
党中央提出科学发展观 ,为我国的社会主义事业进一步健康发展指明了方向。以人为本是科学发展观的本质要求。坚持科学发展观 ,必须在推进社会全面、协调、可持续发展的同时推进人的全面发展。青少年时期是人全面发展的重要时期 ,学校教育对人的全面发展承担着重要的责任。坚持以教育为本 ,必须全面贯彻党的教育方针 ,切实完成好为社会主义现代化建设培养合格人才的光荣任务。而完成好学校教育的任务 ,必须以学生为本 ,以教师为本 。
The outlook of scientific development put forward by the Party Central Committee has clearly pointed out the way to sound development of socialist cause in China.Putting people first is the essential requirement of the outlook.To adhere to the outlook,it is imperative to push forward all-round development of the society and the people simultaneously.Adolescence is a critical stage for all-round development of a person,for which the school education must shoulder the important responsibility.To preserve in the principle of education oriented,we must implement the Party's educational policy in an all-round way and accomplish the glorious task of fostering qualified talents for the construction of socialist modernization in real earnest.And the adherence to the scientific development outlook and the principle of putting the students and teachers first is the key to the accomplishment of the task of school education.
