摘要
依法治国,建设社会主义的法治国家是十六大提出的一项重要任务。依法治国是一项系统工程,首先必须将政府的行政权力置于法律的制约之下,实现法治政府。依法治国工程的核心是规范行政权力,实行依法行政。本文通过阐述依法行政的重要性和紧迫性,进一步论述了依法行政是依法治国的核心和关键。
Managing our country according to law,constructing the socialist legal system is a key problem that was put forward by the sixteenth congress. Administration by law is a system engineering. First of all,we must put up the right of the government for the law restrict and to realize the jural government. The core of the engineering of managing country according to law is criterion the right to administration and realize administering by law. In this article,we expatiate the important and urgency of administer by law,analyzing the administer by law is the core and key to realize our managing our country according to law.
