摘要
介绍了攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司采用90t超高功率电弧炉短流程生产P5钢的冶炼工艺,分析了生产技术难点,对生产过程中钢水P含量、合金加入方式、冶炼过程温度、精炼钢水化学成分的均匀性和稳定性、精炼钢包质量和钢锭质量等采取有效的技术控制措施,使短流程生产P5钢的目标得到实现,产品的性能指标满足标准要求。
Introduced in the paper is the mini-flow melting process of P5 Steel with the 90t UHP EAF adopted by Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.Based on the analysis of all the critical technical issues,proper measures are taken for technological control of such points as in-process P content,addition of alloy elements,melting temperature,chemical composition homogeneity and consistency of refined liquid steel,quality of the ladle for refining and quality of the ingot,etc.As a result,the P5 Steel is successfully produced with the mini-flow process,and all the property data of the steel have been up to the requirements as specified in applicable technical standard.
