摘要
目的:探索矫正先天性上睑多重睑畸形的新方法。方法:设计重睑线,在切口下缘剥离形成睑板前眼轮匝肌瓣,向上翻转折叠眼轮匝肌瓣,缝合形成重睑。结果:两年来为40例先天性上睑多重睑畸形者应用此法治疗得到满意效果。结论:此方法简单易行,临床效果好。
Objective In order to explore a new method to correct congenital multiple upper eyelids.Methods The double eyelids line were designed.Dissections were made in the subcutaneous plane to form pretarsal orbicularis oculi flap which was turned over superiorly.Thus the double eyelids fold was formed by the skin-pretarsal tissue-skin stitches.Results 40 patients were treated in the past two years.The results were satisfying.Conclusion The method is easy to perform and effective in producing a natural eye shape.
