摘要
本文针对现行宪法有关公民财产权宪法保护存在的问题、重视公民财产权宪法保护的意义等问题,提出自己的看法,并结合这些内容,指出2004年全国人大宪法修正案的特点及其作用。
As many as 14 constitution amendments were adopted at the second session of this year's National People's Congress held recently. Of these constitution amendments there are three articles which are concerned with property rights The problem of property rights and especially the problem of constitutional protection of citizens' property rights have been among the hot topics in the circle of constitution experts in our country in recent years. The paper puts forward the writer' s own ideas and opinions about how to deal with such problems as are related to the constitutional protection of citizens' property rights in the current Constitution and to the significance of attaching importance to it. In addition, considering what has been stated above, the paper points out the characteristics and profound effects of these constitution amendments
