摘要
文章认为,康有为的文化观代表着近代中国社会转型时期的一种过渡文化形态,它开启了近代中国新文化运动的先河。康氏是中国传统文化的继承者,更是吸纳外国优秀文化的先行者,他在向西方寻找文化真理时并未丧失对中国传统文化的认同。他构建的中外兼容的文化思想体系,犹如流淌的河、博大的海。通过解读他的文章理论、书法理论和绘画理论,可以小见大,在文化学上有"以蠡测海"的意义。
This paper argues that Kang Youwei's ideas of culture represent a type of transitional cultural forms in the period of transition in contemporary Chinese society and indicate the beginning of a new cultural movement in contemporary China. Being an inheritor of traditional Chinese culture and forerunner who absorbed eagerly excellent foreign cultures, Kang Youwei did not fail to approve of and appreciate traditional Chinese culture while he was searching for truths of culture from the West. The system of integration of Chinese and foreign cultures and ideologies built up by Kang Youwei is just like a flowing river and a vast sea. By interpreting his theories of composition, calligraphy, and drawing or painting, we can see clearly that his contributions to Chinese culture studies are great and significant indeed.
