就业力是衡量一个学校所培养的毕业生生存能力、竞争能力、可持续发展能力的宏观指标.在新的发展时期,高职院校只有坚持科学发展观,转变办学思想,深化教育教学改革,努力提高整体办学水平,增强以就业力为核心的竞争力,才能真正为国家培养合格的高等技术应用性人才.
The rate of employment is the macro criterion for judging the viability,competitiveness and sustainable development ability of a college's graduates.In the new developing period,only by adhering to the Scientific Outlook on Development to change the concepts in running schools,further the educational reform and teaching innovation,upgrade the overall level of schools and sharpen the employment-oriented competitive edge,can higher vocational colleges train for the country qualified high-tech practical personnel.
