摘要
目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)联合胞磷胆碱钠及复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(H IE)的临床效果。方法:将120例H IE患儿随机分为A组、B组和C组各40例,A组采用HBO联合胞磷胆碱钠及复方丹参注射液治疗,B组采用HBO联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗,C组采用HBO联合复方丹参注射液治疗,比较三组患儿神经系统功能恢复情况。结果:三组神经系统功能恢复情况及NBNA评分比较,A组优于B组和C组,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);3个月颅脑CT复查神经系统后遗症发病率及三组治疗后致残率比较,A组明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:HBO联合胞磷胆碱钠及复方丹参注射液治疗H IE能有效促进患儿神经系统功能恢复,减少后遗症。
Objective: To explore clinical effective outcome of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with Sodium Citicoline and Salvia Miltiorrhiza compound injection in the treatment of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of newborn.Methods: One hundred and twenty neonates with HIE were randomly divided into Group A,B and C(n=40 for each group).Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with Sodium Citicoline and Salvia Miltiorrhiza compound injection was applied in Group A, HBO combined with Sodium Citicoline was taken in Group B and HBO combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza compound injection was used in Group C,comparing the restoration of function of nerve system among the 3 groups.Results: The significant difference was found in the comparison of restoration of function of nerve system and scores of NBNA,Group A was much better than Group B and C(P<0.01,P<0.05).The incidence of sequelae of nerve system and disabling rate were lower in Group A than that in Group B and C according to the comparison of the results of head CT examination in 3 months(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with Sodium Citicoline and Salvia Miltiorrhiza compound injection can effectively promote restoration of function of nerve system and reduce incidence of sequelae in the treatment of neonates with HIE
