摘要
本文阐明了耕地质量价格、征用补偿区片价格的内涵及特点,结合驻马店市农用地定级与估价实践,提出了耕地征用补偿区片划分的方法,进而对耕地征用补偿区片价格量化方法进行了论述。
This passage elucidates the connotations and characteristics of the price of the land quality and that for expropriated and compensated district.It also shows us a way on how to discriminate the expropriated and compensated land according to the practice of ZhuMadian,and it also put into discussion on how to estimate the district price of expropriating and compensating land.
