摘要
通过实验介绍了产气荚膜梭菌在血琼脂平板上经数次传代培养后恢复毒力产生双圈溶血现象的培养方法,并阐明了导致该现象产生的两种毒素(θ毒素和α毒素)的作用机理。
Double hemolytic crisis of serial subcultivated Clostridium perfringens was introduced and the effective mechanism of two toxin was analysized.
