摘要
银中杨是具有较高观赏价值的杨树新品种,苗木繁殖上具有一定难度。笔者采用嫩枝扦插的方法进行了育苗试验,用吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理,结果表明,扦插成活率可达86%,当年苗高可达0.5m。银中杨嫩枝扦插成苗快,180d即可出圃,且取条容易、成本低、经济效益高、易成活,是弥补银中杨条源不足和加快育苗数量的措施之一。
Populus albax × P.berolinensis is a new species of poplars,which is of high appreciative value and has certain difficulty in seedling-propagating.If tested in the way of soft cutting and deposited with IBA,the young seedlings can survive at the rate of 85%,with a height of 0.5m.By means of soft cutting,Populus albax × P.berolinensis can grow fast and be transplanted out of a breeding plot within half a year.This method is of lost cost,high efficiency and high survival rate,which is the best way to solve the problem of a shortage of Populus albax × P.berolinensis sources.
