摘要
对河北国华沧东发电有限责任公司的立式轴流泵电动机变频工况振动的原因进行分析,提出了将2台海水淡化装置电动机相连并调整电动机动平衡的解决方案,重点阐述了动平衡调节方法及过程,解决了供水量调节与电动机变频振动的矛盾,对同类设备具有借鉴意义。
This article investigates the vibration causes of the frequency-convertion mode of the vertical pump motor in Hebei Guohua Cangdong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.It also proposes a solution plan which is to connect two motors of brine desalination device and to adjust the dynamic balance of them. This article emphasis on dynamic balance adjustment method and processes and solves the contradiction between water supply capacity and convertion-frequncy vibration of motors.It is hoped to take references to similar equipments.
