摘要
对国产600 MW机组温度测点套管焊缝开裂原因进行了分析,制定了科学的处理方案,提出了有效的预防措施,实践证明此方案具有可行性与实际操作性,可以预防和消除安全隐患,保证国产600 MW机组的安全运行。
Through analysis on the reasons of the temperature metering contact of bushing cracking of 600 MW domestic power station in GuoHua Ninghai Power Station,GuoHua Huanghua Power Station and Guohua Dingzhou Power Station,scientific disposal project and effective preventive measures are setted down.This processing method are approved feasible and operability through operation,and can prevent and remove hidden danger and can take guidance for safe operation of domestic 600 MW unit.
