摘要
根据河北省电力公司人力资源管理工作的需要,结合先进的网络技术和人力资源管理理念,开发了适合电力企业特点的人力资源管理信息系统,并系统地介绍了基于B/S结构的人力资源管理信息系统的设计原则和功能模块。
This paper researches Human Resource Management Information System suitable for power enterprise characteristics are developed,with the management need of Hebei Electric Power Cooperation,and associated with advanced internet technology and human resource thought,the design principles and function module of Power Enterprise Human Resource Management Information System based on B/S structure are also introduced.
