摘要
国库集中收付制度的实施 ,是建立为社会公共服务的公共财政体系的重要保障 ,本文探讨了现行财政收付体制的弊端、实行国库集中收付的意义、如何推进国库集中收付及对预算单位财务工作的影响几个方面的问题。
The system's implementation of the receipts and payments of the national treasury is a great guarantee of setting up the public financial system for the public service. This passage analyses the drawbacks of the financial receipts and payments systm,the meaning of carrying out the receipts and payments,how to improve the implementation,and the influence for the budget entity of the financial affairs.
