摇摆对竖直管内气-水两相流流型的影响分析 被引量:12

RESEARCH FOR ROLLING EFFECTS UPON FLOW PATTERN OF UPWARD GAS-WATER FLOW IN VERTICAL TUBES

摘要 本文分别在摇摆和非摇摆状态下,对竖直管内气-水两相流流型进行了实验研究。实验发现,摇摆状态下充分发展的两相流流型主要是泡状流、弹状流、搅混流和环状流。根据实验数据,分别绘出了两种状态下的气液两相流流型图。通过对比发现,摇摆对两相流流型之间的转换边界有明显影响,并分析了摇摆对流型转变影响的原因。 An experimental study on the flow patterns of gas-water flow was carried out in vertical tubes under rolling and steady state respectively.It was found that the flow patterns were mainly bubble flow,slug flow,churn flow and annular flow under rolling state.According to the experimental data,the flow patterns under two states were given respectively.Compared with steady condition,the transition boundary of flow patterns was affected evidently under rolling state,and the effect factors were analyzed.
