摘要
射频通信电路设计思想与低频电路的不同,导致学生不能很好掌握其设计方法。将射频与低频电路的比较贯穿在教学环节,从"场"与"路"的分析比较,引入分布参数概念,强调电路中的分布参数对电路设计的影响。从网络参数的定义入手,强调散射参数的意义。从三极管的低频与射频等效电路的比较入手,引入放大电路稳定性的概念。从功率传输的角度引入电路匹配的思想,强调分布参数电路匹配设计的特点。在实践中取得了良好的效果。
