摘要
通过现场调查烟草场卷包车间不合格品并进行了统计分析,确立目标为“以抓维修质量为主,结合相关管理制度的执行来提高工序检验质量”。通过六大实施步骤,取得了阶段性的成效并采取了标准化工作来巩固成果,收到了一定的效益。
This proposition is proceeded by means of worksite investigation for unqualified product and statistic analysis to establish proposition target,mainly grasp equipment maintenance quality combined with the execution of the correspondent management system to improve procedure inspection score.This proposition is carried out through actualities survey etc.six steps,which has got stage result and brought into standardization having received some of benefits.
