大肠超声内镜检查在炎症性肠病中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 炎症性肠病(Inflammatory Bowel Disease,IBD)是溃疡性大肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn,s Disease,CD)的总称[1]。常规内镜观察大肠表面黏膜改变,难以判断炎症累及肠壁各层组织。大肠超声内镜(Endoscopic Ultrasonography,EUS)是内镜与超声结合的产物,除观察大肠表面黏膜改变外,垂直观察肠壁五层结构改变,
