晚期肿瘤气管浸润的纤支镜微波治疗研究

摘要 研究对象为7例晚期肿瘤病人,其中4例为食道癌晚期气管浸润;3例为支气管肺癌晚期广泛气道转移;均合并气管肺部感染及排痰困难.经纤支镜微波治疗气管浸润处,依次应用微波组织热凝固法(MTC)及微波透热疗法(MD)汽化或凝固肿瘤组织,减缓肿瘤浸润性生长,每周一次.研究表明,所有病例平均接受微波治疗3次或更多,呼吸困难短期内明显改善,治疗前后血氧饱和度(SO2)上升显著(P<0.01),生存时间延长.微波的生物效应能有效杀伤生长旺盛的肿瘤组织,减少瘤负荷,对肿瘤晚期气管浸润而无法接受其他积极疗法的患者,能减轻痛苦. Research subjects: 7 patients on the afternoon of malignant carcinoma,4 of all were esophageal carcinoma and 3 were bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma with abroad trachea soakage.All were suffering with infection and difficult to cough out sputum at the same time.Methods: each of them had accepted microwave thermotherapy coagulation(MTC) and microwave diathermy(MD) via bronchofiberscope to boiling away or coagulating tumor tissue once a week.Results: all of them had accepted 3 or more treatments of microwave ...
