摘要
为了研究钠钙玻璃在预热和无预热两种情况下进行激光加工所产生的热应力的差别,在考虑辐射和对流的情况下,建立了激光扫描玻璃板的传热数学模型.分析了热应力与温度场分布之间的关系,并用有限元软件Ansys进行了数值模拟,得到了钠钙玻璃在预热和无预热两种情况下进行激光加工的温度场和应力场分布.计算结果显示预热后进行激光加工产生的热应力小于无预热的情况,试验结果与理论分析和数值计算基本符合.
