新型混合TDM/WDM无源光网络 被引量:7

Architecture design for hybrid TDM/WDM optical access networks

摘要 讨论了4种不同类型的混合型时分/波分无源光网络,并从网络架构、拓扑形态、网络灵活性和应用模式等方面进行了综合分析和比较.分析结果表明,混合型时分/波分无源光网络兼具TDM-PON无源光分支和WDM-PON波长路由的优点,在带宽容量和用户成本方面进行折中考虑,使整个网络在用户扩展和带宽升级方面具有较好的灵活性,同时又保证了较高的用户带宽和较低的用户使用成本.4种混合型网络架构都具有相当大的灵活性和自由度,可以有效应用于从TDM-PON网络到WDM-PON网络的过渡升级. Four types of the representative hybrid TDM/WDM PON architectures: TDMA based hybrid PON,WDMA based hybrid PON,TDM over WDM hybrid PON,and WDM over TDM hybrid PON,are reviewed and compared in this paper.The research showed that each of these hybrid TDM/WDM PON architetures is actually a compromise between WDM-PONs and TDM-PONs in terms of capacity and cost,and is designed to take the advantages of power splitting in the TDM-PON and wavelength routing in the WDM-PON,simultaneously achieving low per-subscribe...
