本研究旨在评价当E/E'值处于"灰色带"时,早期经二尖瓣血流速度(E)起始与舒张早期二尖瓣环速度(E')起始之间的时间间隔对于预测左室(LV)舒张期末压力(EDP)是否具有额外价值。E/E'值介于8～15时被定为评估LVEDP的"灰色带"。最近有研究表明,E和E'起始时间间隔(TE'-E)延长可能提示充盈压升高。74例收缩功能正常的患者进行了同时的左心导管检查和多普勒超声心动图检查。
This study sought to evaluate the incremental value of the time interval between the onset of early transmitral flow velocity(E)and the onset of early diastolic velocity(E′ ) of the mitral annulus for the prediction of left ventricular(LV) end-diastolic pressure(EDP) in the presence of a " gray zone" value for E/E′ .
