摘要
目的:通过回顾56例真菌性鼻窦炎的临床资料,以提高该病的诊断和治疗水平。方法:56例真菌性鼻窦炎患者全部行鼻窦CT检查,并行鼻内镜手术治疗。结果:所有病例均为单侧鼻窦发病,其中病变局限于上颌窦39例,累及筛窦17例,累及蝶窦6例。15例窦腔有不同程度的骨质吸收和破坏。术后随访6个月~3年,无复发。结论:CT影像学技术有较高的诊断价值,手术有较好的治疗效果。
objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of fungal sinusitis by 56 cases. Methods 56 cases of fungal sinusitis had CT scan ,and were under endoscopic sinus surgery. Results All cases were unilateral sinus lesions, 39 cases were limited to antrum highmori,17 cases were involved in antrum ethmocdale ,6 cases were involved in sphenoid sinus.15 cases had some extent of bone erosron and destruction of sinus.
