摘要
旋耕弯刀是微型旋耕机的主要工作部件,为保证其在承受外载荷时不发生残余变形和过量的弹性变形,应提高旋耕弯刀强度计算的精确度。采用美国ANSYS软件,给出了旋耕弯刀应力计算的有限元力学模型,计算出所选关键点的应力大小及旋耕弯刀的应力分布规律,得出了应力集中的位置,同时也提高了产品的设计可靠性,降低了产品的原材消耗。
