摘要
臭氧作为一种强氧化剂可用循环冷却水处理中。研究采用旋转挂片腐蚀实验法分析了臭氧的腐蚀产物以及臭氧浓度、臭氧分子状态、臭氧接触时间等对腐蚀的影响。结果表明,臭氧对碳钢的缓蚀作用与臭氧浓度有关,当臭氧浓度较低时有一定的缓蚀作用。其缓蚀机理是:在臭氧作用下,金属表面形成一层由金属氧化物和碳酸钙(方解石)组成的保护膜,使金属免受腐蚀。臭氧对金属的缓蚀率受臭氧接触时间的影响,接触时间长,则缓蚀率提高。臭氧的分子状态对腐蚀速率有较大的影响,气态臭氧对金属的腐蚀速率很大,而溶解臭氧的腐蚀速率则小得多。
As a strong oxidizer, ozone can be used in treatment of recycling cooling water. The effects of ozone s consistency,molecule state, contact time, erode production were analyzed by the experiment of circumvolve sample. The effect of stay erode was relevant with ozone s consistency. It had stay erode effect when the consistency was small.The mechanism of the stay erade was analyzed.
