摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备了一系列粒径为15nm左右的ZnxFe3-xO4(x=0,0.15,0.3,0.48,0.7,0.85)颗粒。颗粒的结构通过X-射线衍射证实均为尖晶石结构。磁性研究发现随着锌含量的从零增加到0.15,居里温度Tc从565℃下降至500℃,饱和磁矩在锌为0.3掺入量时达到最大(76.1emu/g),然后随锌含量增加而下降;矫顽力和剩余磁矩随锌含量增加单调减小。最后我们探讨了在10~2GHz频率范围内不同锌含量的锌铁铁氧体颗粒的磁导率随频率的变化关系。
A series of Zn_xFe_ 3-xO_4(x=0,0.15,0.3,0.48,0.7,0.85)nanoparticles with diameter of 15 nm were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. XRD proved that all of samples were single phase with spinel structure. By the measurement of magnetic properties, the curie temperature T_c decreased from 565℃to 500℃ with increasing the zinc contents from 0 to 0.15.
