一种基于乙醇酸的聚酯-酰胺降解 被引量:1

A Degradation of Polyamides Produced by Glycolic Acid

摘要 采用二步法设计合成了一系列以乙醇酸、二元胺和二元酸等为原料的可生物降解的脂肪族聚酯-酰胺共聚物。对降解过程中聚合物的质量损失随时间的变化、特性粘度随时间的变化、降解介质体系pH值的变化进行了表征,考察了不同酸碱度对降解的影响。结果表明:聚合物中酯键含量越高,质量损失就越快;降解样品的介质溶液pH值变化较大;聚合物在酸性、碱性溶液中降解将会加快,其中1个样品在pH=10.00的缓冲溶液中降解42d时质量损失就可达到30%。采用电子显微镜观察了聚合物降解过程中的形貌变化,对降解机理提出了解释,即表面腐蚀、非晶区腐蚀、晶区破坏到全部降解。 Based on two-step method,a series of biodegradable polyamides copolymer belonging to aliphatic were designed and synthesized,which produced by materials of glycolic acid,diamine,binary acid and the like.The relationship between the structure and performance of those resultants were also widely discussed.The main purpose of this article was to study the hydroscopic properties of PEA and it s degradation situation in different mediums.In the degradation process,the weight lost change,the characteristic viscid...
