摘要
从湿法氟化盐工艺条件出发,介绍了用硬聚氯乙烯材料替代Q235钢衬胶材料改进气液分离器的方法及使用效果。实际使用情况表明:在氟化盐生产中,采用淋水冷却的办法可以使硬聚氯乙烯设备在高于60℃的条件下使用;可代替某些钢制设备。
From the conditions of fluoride salt by wet process,the paper introduces the method of how to use rigid PVC instead of Q235 steel lining rubber to improve the vapor-liquid separator and its using results.Practice shows that rigid PVC equipment can be used under 60℃ by cooling water;rigid PVC can be used instead of certain steel devices during the production of fluoride salt.
