摘要
我国的经济转型是以全球化为背景并受到全球化深刻影响的,我国转型时期的就业质量问题是全球劳动问题的一部分。只有把它纳入到全球大环境中去,才能对我国就业质量问题的表现、成因做出全面合理的解释,并找出有针对性的应对之策。本文即试从全球化对劳动就业影响的角度分析转型时期的我国就业质量问题。
Globalization has had strong impact on Chinese economy a lot.It has even led to the transition of Chinese economy.This paper argues that research on China employment quality should attach attention to the influence of globalization on it.Only in this point view,can more reliable data be collected in terms of the features and problems of China employment,and can solutions be found to these problems.
